  • 500 g veetables (imperial veetables)
  • 250 ml coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped salt
  • 1 teaspoon, sprinkled paprika, hot pink
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons, heaped curry powder
  • 100 g herbal cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped with coconut oil or fat

Instructions

  1. Briefly sweat the imperial vegetables in the coconut oil. Then add the coconut milk and the spices. Bind with the herbal cream cheese and season to taste. Spring rice goes very well with it.
