Ingredients

  • 300 g salad, (endive salad)
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, sweeter
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 0.5 ½ cup apple juice
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 1 small apple, red
  • 2 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the endive salad and cut into fine strips. Core the apple and cut into small pieces without peeling, but leave a few thin apple wedges for garnish.
  2. Mix the apple pieces and lettuce in a bowl or arrange on plates.
  3. Mix the apple cider vinegar with the mustard, apple juice and cream cheese and whip the sauce with the rapeseed oil. Season the dressing with salt and pepper and drizzle over the salad. Cut the chives into small rolls and spread on top. Garnish with the apple slices and a few stalks of chives.
