  • 100 g oatmeal
  • 4 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 4 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 8 tablespoon soy milk (soy drink)
  • 4 tablespoon date (s) or raisins
  • 6 tablespoon desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Put the oatmeal, peanut butter, cocoa powder, sugar, and soy milk in a bowl. Puree or chop the raisins or dates and add. Stir everything well.
  2. Then shape the teaspoon-sized portions into balls with your hands. Place the desiccated coconut on a small plate and roll the balls in it. Then press the rasps between your hands. Put the balls in a cool place.
  3. The mass makes about 20 balls.
