Instructions

  1. Heat coconut oil and peanut butter in a saucepan or microwave so that both ingredients are liquid. Stir in the oatmeal. Mash the banana and mix in. Season with cinnamon and add the nuts.
  2. Line a 25-inch loaf pan with baking paper. Distribute the mass in it and press firmly. Spread the maple syrup on top. Bake at 200 ° C for 15-20 minutes.
  3. After baking, let the mixture cool down in the tin and only then cut it into cubes or strips.
