Ingredients

  • 400 g cream cheese, natural
  • 1 egg (s), including the yolk
  • 2 cups sweet cream
  • 100 g suar
  • 2 points vanilla sugar
  • 1 point cream stabilizer
  • 1 glass morello cherries
  • 100 g almond (s), cut into flakes
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Roast the almonds with a tablespoon of sugar and butter until light brown and let them cool. Whip one cup of cream until stiff and mix all ingredients from cheese to cream stiff except for the other cup of cream, then mix in the second cup of cream (whipped). First put a layer of cheese mixture in a glass bowl, top with the drained cherries, then another layer of cheese mixture. Put the toasted almonds on top just before serving!
