Ingredients

  • 4 slices entrecôte, each 160 g
  • 200 g oat cream cheese, (roll)
  • salt and pepper
  • mustard
  • Oil, for frying
  • 2 tablespoon pepper, green (pickled)
  • 2 cl brandy
  • 100 ml stock, (gravy / gravy)
  • 100 ml cream
  • 400 g beans, reen
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon bacon, diced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 sprig savory
  • 400 g potato (s), small, well washed, precooked
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Halve or quarter the potatoes, coarsely peel off the rosemary and press on the garlic. Put the potatoes and garlic in a baking dish with the oil. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with rosemary. Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for a good 20 minutes, first with fan-assisted air and for the remaining 5 minutes on top heat until golden yellow.
