Ingredients

  • 250 g blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 250 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 2 medium banana (s), peeled, sliced
  • 400 ml milk, cold (3.5% fat content)
  • 200 ml espresso
  • 6 tablespoon maple syrup, possibly more

Instructions

  1. Prepare espresso, place in a large blender jar and let cool down. Add 6 - 8 tablespoon maple syrup, bananas, milk and berries and puree with a hand blender until the desired consistency is achieved.
  2. Divide between four glasses and enjoy.
