Instructions

  1. Divide the grappa between two long, preferably transparent, glasses. Add the sugar to the espresso and stir well (sugar must dissolve completely). Then pour about two thirds of the sugar espresso into the glasses with the grappa. Add the rest of the sugar espresso to 125 ml milk and mix. Now carefully pour the mixture into the glasses with the grappa espresso. There is a separation of layers (similar to latte macchiato). Froth the rest of the milk into milk foam, e.g. with a milk frother. Then distribute the milk foam between the two glasses and you`re done.
  2. Of course, you can also put patterns on the milk foam with cocoa powder.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
