Ingredients
- 500 g apples
- 200 g rock suar, up to 250
- 5 clove (s), up to 10 pieces
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 1 vanilla pod (s)
- 1 bottle schnapps, grain, 32%

- Rinse the apples, remove the core and cut into pieces.
- Put this together with 200-250 g rock candy, 5-10 cloves, the cinnamon stick and the vanilla pod in a large glass and fill up with grain.
- The liqueur can be filtered off after 2 weeks, but should mature for 6 - 9 months so that it can fully develop its taste. The smell of the liqueur then resembles a sweet apple juice.
