Ingredients

  • 500 g apples
  • 200 g rock suar, up to 250
  • 5 clove (s), up to 10 pieces
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 1 vanilla pod (s)
  • 1 bottle schnapps, grain, 32%

Instructions

  1. Rinse the apples, remove the core and cut into pieces.
  2. Put this together with 200-250 g rock candy, 5-10 cloves, the cinnamon stick and the vanilla pod in a large glass and fill up with grain.
  3. The liqueur can be filtered off after 2 weeks, but should mature for 6 - 9 months so that it can fully develop its taste. The smell of the liqueur then resembles a sweet apple juice.
