Ingredients

  • 8 slices rusks
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 0.5 ½ glass fruit or some other fresh type fruit
  • 4 tablespoon oat flakes (meltable)
  • 250 ml water
  • 250 ml milk

Instructions

  1. Briefly bring the milk and water to the boil and stir in the melted flakes. Soak the rusk in it.
  2. Peel and puree the banana. Also puree other fruits. Add the fruit to the rusk mixture and puree everything well.
  3. Fill into 4 empty food glasses, let cool in the refrigerator and freeze.
