Ingredients

  • 200 ml milk, (whole milk, 3.5% fat), or baby milk
  • 20 g oat flakes, wholemeal, alternatively melted flakes or semolina
  • 20 ml puree, (fruit puree) or juice without added sugar, with a lot vitamin C.

Instructions

  1. Bring the whole grain oat flakes to the boil in the whole milk or, in the case of finished melted flakes, stir into the milk according to the instructions on the package. If you mix the porridge with baby milk, the grain is stirred into hot water or boiled with the water. After cooling, stir in the usual amount of baby milk powder. Then mix in the fruit juice or the fruit puree or you can feed the fruit puree separately.
