Instructions

  1. Peel the cucumber and grate finely. Place in a bowl with all the other ingredients and mix everything together.
  2. It is best to prepare one day in advance and let it steep in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. You can also eat this tzatziki very well without cucumber. This is refreshing as well.
