- 500 g carrot (s)
- 1 mango (s), ripe
- 1 orange (s), juice it
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 dash oil
- 1 dash lemon juice

- Grate or grate carrots. Cut the mango into small pieces. Mix both with lemon juice and the juice of the orange. Add sugar and oil. Mix vigorously and let it steep for about half an hour. Mix again and serve.
