Ingredients

  • 500 g fish fillet (s), (pollack fillet)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 small Can / s pineapple, in pieces
  • 4 onion (s)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ curry powder

Instructions

  1. Wash the pollack fillet, pat dry, cut into bite-sized pieces and drizzle with lemon juice. Drain the pineapple pieces in a colander and collect the juice. Peel and halve the onions. Quarter, core, wash and cut the pepper.
  2. Put all ingredients alternately on skewers, season with salt and pepper. Brush with the oil and grill for approx. 15 minutes, turning more often.
  3. Mix the crème fraîche with the mayonnaise and season with salt, pepper, curry and pineapple juice. Serve with the skewers.
