Ingredients
- 500 g fish fillet (s), (pollack fillet)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 small Can / s pineapple, in pieces
- 4 onion (s)
- 1 red pepper (s)
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ curry powder

- Wash the pollack fillet, pat dry, cut into bite-sized pieces and drizzle with lemon juice. Drain the pineapple pieces in a colander and collect the juice. Peel and halve the onions. Quarter, core, wash and cut the pepper.
- Put all ingredients alternately on skewers, season with salt and pepper. Brush with the oil and grill for approx. 15 minutes, turning more often.
- Mix the crème fraîche with the mayonnaise and season with salt, pepper, curry and pineapple juice. Serve with the skewers.
