  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon honey, liquid
  • Fruit as you like, e.g .:
  • 2 kiwi (s)
  • 2 banana (s)
  • 1 mango (s)

Instructions

  1. Stir the room-warm QimiQ until smooth, mix with the lemon juice and honey. Then add the coconut milk, stir well, pour into dessert bowls and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
  2. Prepare the fruit, cut into slices or wedges and decoratively stick or place in the cream. Serve immediately.

  4. Vary with other fruits like star fruit, papaya, pineapple etc.
  5. For decoration, cut thin slices of lime or orange in half and place on the peel. Instead of lemon juice, add a dash of rum.
  6. Additional info: QimiQ consists of single cream and 1.5% gelatine.
