  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 600 ml vegetable stock
  • 20 g parmesan cheese
  • 40 g butter
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Fry together with the minced meat in a large saucepan. In the meantime, wash the leeks, cut into rings and add to the minced meat. Pour the coconut milk and vegetable stock over everything. Add the parmesan and butter. Season to taste with salt and pepper and let everything simmer briefly done.
