Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 500 g minced meat
- 4 onion (s)
- 2 red pepper (s)
- 1 ½ liter vegetable stock
- 5 banana (s)
- 250 ml sweet cream
- 1 teaspoon curry
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch (s) sugar

- Heat the oil, fry the minced meat in it. Cut the onions and peppers into cubes, add them and sauté. Deglaze with the broth, bring to the boil and continue to cook for 10-15 minutes. Slice the bananas and add to the soup. Stir in the cream and season with the spices.
