Ingredients

  • 200 g tofu
  • 100 g pineapple, cut into pieces from the can
  • 50 g cashew nuts, roasted and salted

For the marinade:

  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon oil (e.g. sesame or rapeseed oil)
  • 2 teaspoons chilli flakes or powder
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder

For the sauce:

  • 4 tablespoon sauce, (sweet chili sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon sauce, (Sweet Exotic Sauce)
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon pineapple juice, (from the canned pineapple)

Instructions

  1. For the marinade, mix maple syrup, soy sauce, oil, chilli, curry and salt together. Dice the tofu and marinate in it for at least 60 minutes.
  2. Then fry the tofu in a pan, after a while add the cashew nuts and fry with them. For the sauce, mix the Sweet Chili Sauce and the Sweet Exotic Sauce with the soy sauce and the pineapple juice from the can, stir in the pineapple and add to the tofu in the pan. Leave everything in the pan for another 2 minutes.
  3. Serve with rice.
