- First mix the honey with the quark. Stir in the muesli, cover, put in the fridge and you`re done. Every now and then I chop strawberry pieces or raspberries into it.
- It is best to prepare the evening before so that the muesli soaks up with quark (that`s how I prefer to eat it. If you like it more crunchy, make the muesli fresh in the morning).
- Tip:
- The whole thing also goes wonderfully with a large plate of fruit salad and is more than filling until lunch.
