Fake Samsa with Chicken and Pumpkin
by Editorial Staff
Yes, yes, fake, but no less tasty from that. Fragrant samsa in my way.
Ingredients
Directions
- Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes with a knife.
- Cut the onion into small cubes.
- Cut the pumpkin (I had it frozen since winter) into small cubes.
- Chop the parsley.
- Lard, I have homemade pickles, but you can also use fresh, cut into cubes.
- We place all the ingredients in a bowl. Salt, pepper, add coriander, and cumin.
- Mix well until smooth.
- I had the dough already rolled out, rolled into a roll. We straighten. Cut into squares. I made small squares, it turned out samsa for one bite.
- Place the filling on each square.
- First, we connect the corners.
- Then we fasten the sides.
- We spread samsa on baking paper, seam down. Lubricate with a beaten egg.
- We bake samsa with chicken at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes (be guided by your oven).
- Samsa with chicken and pumpkin is ready. Bon Appetit!
