Ingredients

  • 500 g minced pork
  • 1 jar pickled cucumber (s), large jar
  • 4 packs gravy, dark
  • 2 large onions
  • 500 g pasta (Spirelli)
  • pepper
  • salt
  • some cucumber liquid
  • possibly sauce thickener
  • some water

Instructions

  1. Peel the onions, cut into small cubes and fry them in a pan with the minced meat. Because it is quick to prepare, the pasta can be put into a pot at the same time. Now all the cucumbers are cut into small cubes and added to the minced meat with a little water and a little cucumber water. The ground beef and cucumbers should be covered with liquid. Now bring everything to the boil and then stir in the gravy. Let everything cook until the cucumbers are soft.
  2. If the sauce is still too runny, thicken it with a little sauce thickener. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange on plates and serve hot.
