- 300 ml apple juice, naturally cloudy

- Put all ingredients in the blender and mix until you get a homogeneous mixture. If the smoothie is too thick, dilute with a little more juice.
- We got the name Family Smoothie because each family member should choose two ingredients. So everything into the Thermomix and full speed. Then first taste - awesome! We harmonize not only as a family, but also as a smoothie.
