Fancy Rocket Salad

• 1 box rocket or 2 bunches
• 1 can tangerine (s)
• 4 tablespoon mustard, sweeter
• 50 g pine nuts
• some cream
• salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Sort the rocket, wash and dry. Drain the mandarins. Roast the pine nuts dry in a non-stick pan. Mix the sweet mustard with a little cream to make a dressing and season with salt and pepper.
2. Fold the mandarins into the rocket, sprinkle roasted pine nuts over the salad before serving and drizzle the sauce over them.
