Ingredients
- 2 cup / s sugar
- 1 cup canola oil or sunflower oil
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 5 cup flour
- 1 ½ pack baking powder
- 3 cup Fanta
For the cast:
- some powdered sugar
- Splash lemon juice
- some fanta

- The recipe is designed for a deep baking sheet using a 0.2 liter cup.
- Mix and whisk the oil, sugar and vanilla sugar. Then slowly mix in the flour and baking powder. When the mixture becomes crumbly, add the Fanta until a slow-flowing batter is formed.
- Preheat the oven to 190 ° C top / bottom heat.
- Line a deep baking sheet with paper and pour the batter into it. Bake the cake for about 20 minutes. When the surface is golden brown, let the cake cool a little.
- Mix the icing sugar, lemon juice and Fanta into a frosting and spread it on the cake. If desired, decorate the cake with Smarties or sugar script (numbers, names, frames, etc.).
