Ingredients

  • 3 egg (s)
  • 2 cup / s sugar
  • 1 ½ cup flour
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup Fanta
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 12 sheets gelatin
  • 1 ½ glasses applesauce
  • 3 cups cream
  • 3 packs cream stabilizer
  • 2 points vanilla sugar
  • 300 g sour cream
  • some cinnamon

Instructions

  1. For dough, stir the eggs with sugar, flour, oil, Fanta and baking powder until frothy. Spread the dough on a prepared baking sheet.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for approx. 20-30 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, soak the gelatine in a little cold water. Then squeeze out and dissolve according to the package instructions, stir into the applesauce.
  4. When the dough base has cooled down, spread the applesauce mixture on top. Then whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff, stir in the vanilla sugar and sour cream. Spread this mixture over the applesauce mixture and serve sprinkled with a little cinnamon.
