Instructions

  1. Mix the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Gradually let the oil run in. Mix flour with baking powder and stir in alternately with the shower head. Place the dough on a high baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 160 ° C for 35-40 minutes, then leave to cool.
  2. Soak the gelatin. Mix the sour cream with the sugar and lemon juice. Beat the whipped cream until creamy. Squeeze out 6 sheets of gelatine, dissolve in a water bath, add some whipped cream, stir and then stir everything into the rest of the cream. Mix well with the sour cream, spread on the cake and let set in the refrigerator.
  3. Squeeze out the remaining gelatine, dissolve it too, stir in some red fruit jelly and then stir everything into the remaining red fruit gruel. Put on the cream layer, smooth out and chill again.
  4. Before cutting, the cake can be garnished with any fruit and dots of cream. It is a quick-to-prepare cake that is always received enthusiastically because it looks sophisticated and tastes light and fresh.
