Ingredients

For the batter:

  • 5 egg (s)
  • 300 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 350 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 125 ml oil
  • 175 ml Fanta

For covering:

  • 3 cans mandarin (s)
  • 600 g whipped cream
  • 5 packs vanilla sugar
  • 3 packs cream stabilizer
  • 500 g sour cream
  • possibly cinnamon sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in. Pour in the oil and Fanta and stir in as well.
  2. Grease a baking sheet and spread the dough on it smoothly. Bake for 25 minutes at 150 ° C.
  3. Let the cake cool down.
  4. Drain the mandarins. Whip the cream until stiff, pour in 3 sachets of vanilla sugar and cream stiffener.
