Ingredients
- 500 g yourt (vanilla)
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- Fruits (frozen)
- 2 cups cream
- Sugar, brown

- Smooth the yogurt and quark in the bowl. Sprinkle a thin layer of brown sugar on top and spread the frozen fruit on top. Then spread another thin layer of sugar on top and smooth the whipped cream on top. Put a slightly thicker layer of brown sugar on top. Chill in the refrigerator.
