Instructions

First cook the pasta, I like to make it a few hours in advance and let the pasta cool down. But if it happens spontaneously, you can chill the pasta cold and use it immediately.
Chop the spring onions, tomatoes and cheese into small pieces and place in a large bowl. Add a large hand of rocket and mix everything together. If you like, you can use more or less arugula. Then add the cooled or quenched pasta and stir everything again.
For the dressing, put everything together in a bowl and stir smoothly with a whisk. Try and, depending on your taste, add a little mustard or vinegar. Pour over the pasta salad, stir everything through and chill a little.
My friends and family are crazy about this pasta salad. I always make it for grilling or eating raclette. We all think it`s fantastic and I hope you like it too!
