Ingredients

  • 2 cups crème fraîche
  • 1 kg minced meat
  • 6 onion (s)

  • 2 cans mushrooms
  • Cheese, grated
  • 3 processed cheeses

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until done. Heat the milk and melt the processed cheese in it, stir in the crème fraiche, season and mix the pasta with the sauce.
  2. Fry the mince and season.
  3. Steam the onions in half rings, chop the peppers and cook with them. Add the tomatoes, corn and mushrooms and season well. Layer everything in a baking dish, i.e. alternate pasta, mince and vegetables, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Baked at 200 ° for about 20-25 minutes!
