Ingredients

  • 1 farmer`s bread, round, .5 kg
  • 3 packs cream cheese, natural
  • 250 g butter
  • 3 cups sour cream
  • chives
  • parsley
  • Shallot (noun)
  • Clove garlic
  • Bell pepper (s), red, yellow and green
  • Cherry tomato
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Cut the not too fresh farmer`s bread crosswise into three parts
  2. Mix the cream cheese with the soft butter and sour cream, add the chopped herbs, the garlic, shallot and colored paprika cubes and season with salt, pepper & paprika powder, possibly stir with a little oil until smooth.
  3. Fill the bread with the cheese mixture, coat the outside and the dome with it, draw a pattern on it with a knife or other device, put it in a cool place, if possible prepare a few hours before consumption.
  4. Arrange on a cake platter, decorate with chives, halved cocktail tomatoes and the remaining diced paprika.
  5. The filling can be changed according to your mood, it tastes great, is an eye-catcher on the table and is well received by guests!
