Ingredients

  • 200 g wheat flour
  • 300 grams flour
  • 10 g yeast
  • 1 handful grains, for sprinkling
  • 400 ml water
  • 1 teaspoon iodized salt
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except the grains in a bowl and knead them well for about 10 minutes.
  2. Then cover the bowl and let the dough rise for about 40 minutes at room temperature.

  4. Bake the bread for approx. 45 minutes at 200 ° C in a hot oven.
