  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes.
  2. Fry the bacon in a pan and remove. Add the potatoes and fry in the bacon fat, turning. Add the chanterelles and onion rings to the potatoes and continue frying. Season the eggs, add them and let them set. Place the bacon on top and sprinkle with parsley.
