Ingredients

  • 400 g beans, mixed, white, quail beans
  • 3 slices bacon
  • 200 g sausae (drouht), is most similar to the Polish kielbasa
  • 1 bunch soup vegetables
  • 3 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoons marjoram
  • 2 teaspoons paprika powder, hot pink
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Rinse the beans thoroughly and soak for at least 10 hours (or overnight). Boil in the same water until soft, after approx. 30 minutes add the soup vegetables cut into cubes, continue to simmer.
  2. Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry, then add the drought and continue frying. Add the bacon and sausage to the beans and briefly fry the tomato paste in the residue. Also add to the beans, mix well and simmer for another 30 minutes (depending on the size of the beans).
  3. Season with marjoram, crushed pepper and salt to taste.
