  • 125 g fork spahetti
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon curry
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Season the minced meat with a little salt and pepper (not too much, because there is also broth). Cut the spring onions into thin rings and dice the bell peppers.
  2. Now fry the minced meat with a little oil. Then add curry and tomato paste and stir. After 1 - 2 minutes, add peppers and spring onions and fry everything together briefly.
  3. Now pour in the broth and add the uncooked fork spaghetti. Let everything simmer until the noodles are cooked through. If the liquid is not enough, you can add a little broth - but be careful not to get too liquid.
  4. When the pasta is done, add the processed cheese and stir thoroughly.
