Fast Berry Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 250 g quark (low-fat or semi-fat quark)
• 250 g berries (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries or a mixture berries. Frozen)
• Sweetener, as needed
• possibly lemon juice
• 4 meringue bowls (meringue bowls)

Instructions

1. Mix the quark with the frozen berries until everything is nice and creamy. Season to taste with sweetener and lemon juice, possibly add the crumbled meringue shells to the ice cream and crumble more meringue into the dessert bowl and pour the ice cream over it.
