Ingredients

  • 1 banana (s), ripe
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 cup oatmeal, fine
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ flaxseed, optional
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ chia seeds, optional
  • 1 tablespoon fruit your choice, dried, e.g., cranberries, raisins, dates, etc.
  • 1 cup almond milk (almond drink) or cow`s milk
  • 3 strawberries or kiwi pieces to decorate
  • 1 tablespoon flaked almonds or chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Mash the banana with a fork and grate the apple. Mix the banana with the grated apple, including the juice, in a medium-sized bowl. Add all other ingredients. Pour in the milk and decorate with fruit and nuts.
  2. This Bircher muesli is particularly juicy. It`s ready in no time and tastes great!
  3. You can also add other ingredients according to your taste: nuts, fruit, dried fruit, yoghurt, etc. If you like it a little sweeter, you can add 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup.
