Ingredients
Eggs – 4 pcs.
Wheat flour – 160 g
Sugar – 200 g
Apple – 200 g
Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
Apple cider vinegar – 1 tbsp
Bread crumbs – 1-2 tbsp
Soda – on the tip of a knife
Directions
Turn on the oven. Heat it to 180-190 degrees.
Break the eggs into a bowl.
Beat the eggs with a mixer or whisk, adding sugar a little.
Add flour gradually.
Extinguish soda in apple cider vinegar (mix), add slaked soda to the dough.
Stir the dough until smooth.
Wash the apples, peel them, cut the pulp into thin slices or cubes.
Grease a deep roasting pan with vegetable oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Spread the apples evenly on the bottom.
Pour the ready-made dough and immediately place the container in the hot oven.
Bake a quick charlotte at 180-190 degrees until the top crust is browned (about 30-35 minutes).
The quick charlotte is ready. Before serving, overturn the quick charlotte on a platter so that the apples are on top.
