Fast Fruit Punch Alla Donkey

Ingredients

• 500 g fruits, mixed from the can
• 200 ml rum
• 0.75 liter ¾ white wine, dry
• 1 bottle sparkling wine, e.g. Asti

Instructions

1. Drain the canned fruit. Collect the liquid in a container. Place canned fruits in a large bowl and pour rum over them. Let it steep for a few hours if possible.
2. Just before serving, pour white wine and sparkling wine over them. If the punch tastes too dry, you can sweeten it with the canned fruit juice.
