  • possibly mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 50 g tomato (s), chunky from the can
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 0.5 clove ½ garlic

Instructions

  1. For the pizza base, the cauliflower is finely grated and mixed with the two eggs to form a mass.
  2. This is spread on baking paper (about 0.5 cm - 1 cm thick) in the shape of a pizza. The base is baked for 15-20 minutes at 220 ° until it is golden brown on top.
  3. For the pizza sauce, mix well the tomato paste, half a clove of garlic, oregano and the chopped tomatoes and place on the golden brown pizza crust.
  4. If you like, you can now place mozzarella, ham or similar ingredients on the pizza.
  5. Put in the oven for another 10 minutes.
  6. Tip: The pizza will probably stick to the baking paper. To loosen it, it is turned over with baking paper and the baking paper can easily be peeled off.
