Ingredients

  • 500 g cherry tomato (s)

Instructions

  1. Brush a baking dish with a little olive oil. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Place the tomato halves close together in the baking dish with the cut surfaces facing up. Season well with salt and lightly pepper. Sprinkle with garlic from the mill and herbs. Drizzle again with a dash of olive oil.
  3. Cook in the oven on the floor (place the grid in between) for about 20 minutes. You can let the tomatoes brown a bit, but be careful not to burn them. Tastes pure, but also cold as a side dish.
  4. If you don`t have dried garlic, take fresh garlic, but it burns easier than the dried one. Which herbs you take is up to you, I took herbs from Provence, but others will also fit.
