- 1 bag Rösti, frozen
- 1 packet minute steak (s) or pork schnitzel
- salt and pepper
- 5 cups crème fraîche with herbs
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 bunch chives
- 150 g cheese, rated

- Bake the hash browns in a tall baking sheet according to the instructions.
- Meanwhile, fry the minute schnitzel, season and then add to the finished hash browns. Scatter chopped chives and chopped parsley on top.
- Mix the crème fraîche with the cheese and spread on top. Bake for another 40 minutes, until everything is golden brown.
