Ingredients

  • 1 bag Rösti, frozen
  • 1 packet minute steak (s) or pork schnitzel
  • salt and pepper
  • 5 cups crème fraîche with herbs
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 150 g cheese, rated

Instructions

  1. Bake the hash browns in a tall baking sheet according to the instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, fry the minute schnitzel, season and then add to the finished hash browns. Scatter chopped chives and chopped parsley on top.
  3. Mix the crème fraîche with the cheese and spread on top. Bake for another 40 minutes, until everything is golden brown.
