Instructions

  1. Cut the puff pastry into squares and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Put 1 tablespoon of jam in the middle. Now cut into the corners of the square - up to the jam - and then knock in the outer corners towards the center. This is how the wind turbines are made.
