Instructions

  1. Cut the puff pastry into squares and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Put 1 tablespoon of jam in the middle. Now cut into the corners of the square - up to the jam - and then knock in the outer corners towards the center. This is how the wind turbines are made.
  2. Then bake the windmills for approx. 10 - 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 ° C (or follow the instructions on the package) (varies depending on the oven).
  3. Dust with powdered sugar immediately after baking. This creates a thin and sweet frosting.
  4. We prefer to eat the wind turbines while they are still lukewarm.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
