Ingredients

  • 1 package puff pastry
  • 1 package marzipan paste
  • 1 tablespoon apricot jam
  • 50 g flaked almonds
  • 20 g suar, brown
  • 6 teaspoon Nutella

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees circulating air.
  2. Cut 6 strips from the puff pastry and brush each of them with 1 teaspoon of Nutella. Cut the marzipan mixture into 12 strips of approximately the same size and place on top of the puff pastry strips. Now fold the strips together and turn them. Then brush with the warmed apricot jam, sprinkle some brown sugar on top and top with flaked almonds. Bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
  3. If you like, you can decorate with chocolate icing or powdered sugar. Goes very quickly and tastes great. I used a roll of puff pastry from the cooling shelf. But you can also use frozen puff pastry.
