Ingredients
- 250 g quark
- 1 packet orange peel or zest /2 the untreated orange
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 25 g chocolate

- Mix the quark with the orange peel and the juice and beat with the whisk. Dice the chocolate (or use diced chocolate) and mix in.
- It tastes best fresh out of the refrigerator, so if it is not intended for immediate eating, make sure to keep it in a cool place!
