Ingredients

  • 400 g carrot (s), cleaned
  • 2 large fennels, cleaned
  • 1 onion (s), peeled
  • 2 teaspoons, leveled sugar
  • 1 tablespoon, leveled mustard
  • 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
  • 6 tablespoon oil (rapeseed or walnut oil)
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Grate the carrots, finely chop the fennel and onion.
  2. Mix sugar, mustard, a pinch of salt and pepper. Add vinegar and stir. Finally add the oil and stir well again.
  3. Mix the ingredients and pour the dressing over them. Mix everything. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
