Instructions

  1. Fillet the oranges. Catch the juice and mix it with salt, pepper, honey and the oil. Halve the fennel, cut into thin rings and add to the marinade with the orange fillets. Stir, add a little fennel green and cover and let stand in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
