  • Beets – 300 g
  • Beans – 0.5 cups
  • Pickled cucumbers – 2 pcs.

  • Coldwater – 200 ml
  • Sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 0.25 teaspoon
  • Vinegar 6% – 2 tablespoons

  2. Chop the onion. Marinate onions in a marinade of water, vinegar, sugar, and salt. We leave for 10-15 minutes.
