This classic dish in an original presentation will please all your guests. For the preparation of the vinaigrette, fried chips and aromatic garlic dressing are used, which gives the dish a piquant appearance and bright aroma.
Ingredients
Bulb onions – 1 pc.
Potatoes – 1 pc.
Provencal herbs – 0.5 teaspoon
Vegetable oil – 2-4 tablespoon.
Garlic – 1-2 cloves
Beets – 300 g
Beans – 0.5 cups
Pickled cucumbers – 2 pcs.
For the marinade:
Coldwater – 200 ml
Sugar – 1 teaspoon
Salt – 1/4 teaspoon
Vinegar 6% – 2 tablespoons
Directions
Preparing products for a festive vinaigrette with potato chips.
Chop the onion. Marinate onions in a marinade of water, vinegar, sugar, and salt. We leave for 10-15 minutes.
Mix 1 tablespoon. a spoonful of vegetable oil, spices and chopped garlic in a separate bowl.
Pour the beets into cubes with aromatic oil.
Place ½ part of the beetroot mass on a plate surrounded by a split culinary ring.
Put the onion on top.
The next layer is boiled beans.
Grind the pickled cucumbers and place on top.
Add the remaining beets.
Peel the potatoes, cut into thin slices and fry in the remaining vegetable oil until golden brown. Remove excess fat with a paper towel.
Place the cooled potato chips on top of the salad.
