Ingredients
- 100 g feta cheese
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon lemon peel, grated
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons mint or parsley, freshly chopped
- Pepper, black, freshly ground

- Puree all ingredients except the mint or parsley in the food processor until smooth. Add the mint or parsley and mix in briefly.
- This dressing is creamy, spicy and very delicate. It goes particularly well with tomato salad with onions, but can also be served as a delicious dip. It also tastes great when poured over rice or pasta.
- Shelf life: 1 week in the refrigerator.
