Ingredients

  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon lemon peel, grated
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons mint or parsley, freshly chopped
  • Pepper, black, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Puree all ingredients except the mint or parsley in the food processor until smooth. Add the mint or parsley and mix in briefly.
  2. This dressing is creamy, spicy and very delicate. It goes particularly well with tomato salad with onions, but can also be served as a delicious dip. It also tastes great when poured over rice or pasta.
  3. Shelf life: 1 week in the refrigerator.
