  • 1 packet feta cheese
  • 3 bell peppers, either green, yellow, red or three times red
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed

Instructions

  1. First, fry the minced meat in the pan. While the minced meat is frying, chop or chop the feta cheese and bell peppers and mix in a bowl.
  2. When the minced meat is done sear, season with a little salt and pepper. Please press the minced meat apart with the spatula. Then mix the minced meat with the bell pepper and the feta. Season everything with about 3 - 4 teaspoons of ajvar.

  4. If you like it richer, you can add potatoes. If you don`t like it rich at all, you can leave out the minced meat.
